露骨なメディア戦略がまったく功を奏しなかったのも痛快だった。全廃した原発を復活させるかどうかを問うイタリアの国民投票は、反対派が圧倒的な大差で勝利した▼“メディア王”と呼ばれるベルルスコーニ首相傘下の多くのテレビ局は、国民投票のニュースを黙殺。首相は棄権を呼び掛けたが反発を招いただけだった▼大差の結果は、福島第一原発の事故を自分のこととして受け止めたからだろう。危機感は、超党派の国会議員が「地下式原子力発電所政策推進議連」なる団体をこんな時期に発足させる日本の政界とは雲泥の差だ▼フクシマ・ショックの発信地となった日本でも、原発の存廃をテーマにした国民投票の実現を目指す市民の動きがある。政府や国会議員にすべてを委ねず、大事なことは国民が決めようと、独自の法案づくりを進めている▼国民投票は議会制民主主義の否定だという意見がある。自らの政策が否定される可能性のある国民投票を政権が認めるのか、という指摘もあるが、民意をくみ取らない政治が続けば、国民投票を求める声が高まるのは必然だ▼自民党の石原伸晃幹事長は反原発運動のうねりを「あれだけ大きな事故があったので、集団ヒステリー状態になるのは心情としては分かる」と語ったそうだ。いつ終わるか先が見えない不安を抱える国民の気持ちを想像できない人なのだろう。 筆洗
菅原文太、西田敏行が「原発はNO!」訴え via SponichiAnnex

◇厚労相「内部被ばく100ミリシーベルト限度」 東京電力福島第1原発で、限度を超えた被ばくをする作業員が相次いでいる。特に放射性物質を体内に取り込む内部被ばくが深刻だ。細川律夫厚生労働相は14日、内部被ばくが100ミリシーベルトを超えた人を作業から外すよう東電に指示したが、被ばく量の算定を巡って東電と厚労省が対立、作業員の安全を優先した対策が遅れた。作業の長期化が避けられない中、被ばくの実態把握さえおぼつかない現状は、東電が工程表で公約した復旧作業にも影響しかねない。 Continue reading at 内部被ばく 東電、甘い計算法主張
