社説:東日本大震災 東電の責任 危機への対応鈍すぎる(4月16日)via 北海道新聞

福島第1原発の危機は1カ月以上を経ても収束の見通しが立っていない。 原発事故に伴う避難住民への賠償など、直接の責任を負うべき東京電力の対応の鈍さが目立つ。これでは周辺の住民だけでなく、国民の不信感は募るばかりだ。経営陣は先頭に立って事態の打開に取り組むべきだ。 清水正孝社長はきのう、1世帯100万円、単身世帯75万円の賠償金仮払いの実施を明らかにした。生活資金に困っている人もいる。早急に支払い手続きを進めてほしい。 仮払いをなかなか具体化させない東電には自治体から強い批判が出ていた。ようやくの決定である。 賠償の指針がないままでは金額が際限なく膨らむとの懸念があったようだ。企業の論理を優先するのではなく、住民の生活支援が先だ。 続きは 社説:東日本大震災 東電の責任 危機への対応鈍すぎる
