「汚染水を側溝に流したら、農業用水に全部入ってしまう」。福島県南相馬市での除染事業の下請けに入っていた水処理業者は2012年1月16日、慎重な排水を要請したが、日本国土開発は耳を貸さず、逆に処理業者が撮影した現場映像の削除を強要した。 この処理業者はNPO法人「再生舎」(さいたま市)のグループ会社。同月12日に、担当区域だった福島県南相馬市の立ち入り禁止区域にある金房小 学校に入った。住民不在の現場で目の当たりにしたのは、汚染水が処理プラントに運ばれず、側溝に次々と流されていく光景だった。 小学校近くの宅地では、住宅塀の洗浄作業で出た汚染水が、通学路の砂利道に垂れ流しになっていた。作業員の一人が証拠を残そうと急いでカメラを回した。 国土開発の現場監督が、撮影に気付いたのは15日。「国の実証事業だ。写真は全て消去しろ。できないなら帰ってよい」と迫り、データの一部を削除させた。 (略) 録音記録によると、現場監督は「これから(除染を)やろうという ときに、ちくろうとする(密告しようとする)とは」と激怒。処理業者が、汚染水の排水をとがめると「次の本格(除染)で全部やる」と強調、再除染を理由に 排水は続行された。 全文は【農業用水に汚染水340トン】下請けの忠告に耳貸さず 現場映像の削除強要も
