福島原発事故で日本の原子力産業の国際競争力が低下しているが、他国の原子力産業は“意気軒昂”である。とりわけ韓国は低コストを武器に国際市場に参入しつつある。その実態を日本エネルギー経済研究所の村上朋子氏が解説する。 韓国は2009年、アラブ首長国連邦（UAE）における原子力発電所新規建設プロジェクトを落札した。プロジェクト総額は400億ドル。 この落札は、韓国企業の初の海外での落札だったことや、中東産油国における最初の大型原子力案件であったこと、さらには、世界の原子力産業を代表する企業のほとんどが参画していたことから、各方面から注目を集めた。 続きは韓国の原発　他国の半分のコストでも大事故起こさぬ実績あり
