Endless Fukushima catastrophe: 2020 Olympics under contamination threat via RT の日本語訳 (抜粋) 北半球が酷く汚染されだろうというだけでなく、万一そういうことが起きた場合、東京から3500万人を非難させることを、日本政府は真剣に考えてい る。東京電力は、巨大クレーンを屋上に設置して、リモート・コントロールで、熱い燃料棒を取り出せるようにする為、崩れそうな建屋を強化すべく、鉄骨骨組 みを設置した。この操作は常にコンピュータによって行われてきたもので、リモート手動制御による取り出しは、これまで試みられたことがない。もし燃料棒が 歪めば、燃料棒は砕け、作業員達が避難しなければならない程の膨大な放射能を放出するか、あるいは、燃料棒が触れ合うようなことがあれば、連鎖反応で膨大 な量の放射能が放出されかねない。 大いに信頼している原子力技術者、アーニー・ガンダーセンの意見を私は尊重する。彼は原子炉から多少離れた山側に、厚さ2メートルのゼオライト壁を 建設すべきだと言っている。ゼオライト壁は、原子炉炉心を取り巻く水から、セシウムを効果的に吸収し、そこから出たり、更に山からおりてくる清浄な水を汚 染したりしないようにできるだろう。同時に、汚染されていない山からの水をくみ上げ、海に流してしまう為の水路を建設すべきだ。そうすれば三つの溶けた炉 心と建屋は、チェルノブイリで、ソ連がそうした様に、コンクリートで覆うことが可能になり、約100年間は、状況を制御できる可能性がある。哀れな我々の 子孫達が、この放射性廃棄物をどうしようと決断するだろうかということは、私の理解力を越える。 ところが、日本のある当局者はこう述べている。“もしあれを埋めてしまえば、次の原発に、長年誰も目を向けようとしなくなってしまう。”興味深い反応だが、惨事にもかかわらず、彼等がいまだに原子力発電という選択肢を進めたがっているのは実に明白だ。 北米とカナダの環境保護局は、西海岸沖で捕れた魚の定期的な監視を早急に開始すべきであり、また急を要する問題として、万一次の放射能の大量放出が あった場合には、それを効果的に測定し、情報を迅速に国民に伝えられるようにすべく、西海岸沿いと、アメリカ大陸中に、多数の空中モニターを設置すべき だ。同じことは、カナダにもあてはまる。 アメリカとカナダ政府は、各輸入の汚染をモニターしない限りは、即刻、日本からの輸入食品を禁止すべきであり、アメリカとカナダで栽培された食物 は、効果的にモニターすることが必要だ。アメリカは、一キロあたり、1,200ベクレルまでの値の日本からの食品を、アメリカで販売することを認めている が、日本の食品の許容濃度は、一キロあたりわずか100ベクレルだ。国民を放射能に汚染された食品に意図的にさらすとは、アメリカ政府は一体何を考えてい るのだろう? この状況は早急に改善されるべきだ。 (略) 原子力オリンピック これだけ切迫した問題があるのに、安倍首相は、一体なぜ東京でオリンピックをしても安全だなどと言えたのだろう? 彼は実際に“全く問題はありません”、“状況はコントロールされています。”と発言した。東京の一部は既に放射能で汚染されていること、津波と地震による 何千トンもの放射能を帯びた残骸を焼却した灰を、日本政府が東京湾に投棄していることを、彼は理解していないのだろうか? これが選手達が泳ぐ場所だろうか? 全文は終わりのない福島大惨事: 放射能汚染の脅威にさらされている2020年オリンピック 原文は当サイト:Endless Fukushima … Continue reading
