東電株主代表訴訟 裁判官が初めて福島第一原発を視察 via NHK News Web

「。。。」 原発事故のあと裁判官が敷地内を視察するのは初めてです。 福島第一原発を視察したのは東京地方裁判所の朝倉佳秀裁判長ら裁判官2人と書記官、それに、原告側と被告側の弁護士などで、29日午前、福島県大熊町のJR大野駅からバスに乗って原発の敷地内に向かいました。 福島第一原発の事故をめぐって、東京電力の株主たちが旧経営陣5人に対し会社に賠償するよう求めている裁判では、震災前に津波対策が可能だったかどうかを検証するため、株主側が裁判官に現地視察を求めていました。 株主側の弁護士によりますと、視察は5時間以上にわたって行われ、1号機から6号機の建屋の状況や、重要な機器がある建物の出入り口などについて、事故の前とその後の状況を確認したということです。 東京電力によりますと、原発事故のあと、裁判官が福島第一原発の敷地内を視察するのは今回が初めてだということです。 視察のあと株主側の河合弘之弁護士は、「裁判官たちは、東京電力に何度も質問して、真剣に現場を見て回っていた。非常に意義がある検証で、いい判決を期待している」と話していました。 全文
