原発事故時の甲状腺測定、19歳未満や妊婦を対象に via 朝日新聞

 原子力規制委員会は29日、原発で放射能漏れ事故が起きた際、住民に実施する甲状腺の被曝(ひばく)線量測定について、19歳未満や妊婦らを対象とする方針をまとめた。現行の指針でも事故後に測定を行うとしていたが、対象者は明示されていなかった。年度内に原子力災害対策指針を改定する。 (略)  方針によると、空間線量が毎時20マイクロシーベルトを超えた地域の住民に対し、3週間以内に測定する。チェルノブイリ原発事故後に子どもの甲状腺がんが増えたことから、19歳未満を対象とする。胎児への影響が懸念される妊婦や授乳中の母親も測定する。測定が難しい乳幼児は、同伴する保護者の測定結果を代用できる。  測定は、原発から30キロ圏の緊急時防護措置準備区域(UPZ)の外側にある避難所などで、自治体職員らが実施することを想定している。(川村剛志) 全文は原発事故時の甲状腺測定、19歳未満や妊婦を対象に
