＜原発事故＞健康調査に第三者データ提供検討 via 河北新報

福島県は３１日、東京電力福島第１原発事故による放射線の影響に関する県民健康調査を巡り、研究機関など第三者に対するデータ提供の在り方の検討を始めた。本年度内に提供ルールを取りまとめる。 大学教授や医師ら９人でつくる検討部会が発足。県から管理・研究を受託する県立医大以外の大学や公的機関、民間研究機関などにデータ提供する場合の課題などを話し合った。 具体的には、病歴が含まれる個人情報提供の法的根拠や取り扱いを議論。本人が求めた場合には提供しない「オプトアウト制」を導入するかどうかなどを検討した。 続きは＜原発事故＞健康調査に第三者データ提供検討
