山口知事選:2月6日告示、23日投開票 上関原発争点に via 毎日新聞
山口県議会は14日の臨時議会で、山本繁太郎知事(65)の辞職に同意した。これに伴い、県選挙管理委員会は知事選の日程を2月6日告示、同23日投開票と決めた。中国電力(広島市)が同県上関町に建設を計画している上関原発の是非などが争点となる見通し。 中国電は2012年10月、上関原発予定地の海を埋め立てる免許の延長を山口県に申請している。山本氏の前任者である二井関成元知事は、申請前に現行免許を失効させる方針を示し、山本氏も「脱原発依存は当然」と主張して初当選した。 しかし、山本氏は在職中の昨年3月、申請への判断を1年程度先送りすることを表明。延長の可否は新知事 が判断することになる。知事選には、自民党が総務省財政課の村岡嗣政・財政企画官(41)を無所属で擁立する方針。脱原発を掲げるNPO法人所長、飯田哲 也氏(55)も地元関係者と会って支援の可能性を探っている。共産党など革新系団体は独自候補を擁立する方針。 続きは山口知事選:2月6日告示、23日投開票 上関原発争点に

【都知事選】 山本太郎議員「脱原発」訴え、ついに参戦 via Blogos
(抜粋) といっても立候補したわけではない。特定の候補に肩入れするのでもない。「投票率をあげるために選挙に行こう」と呼びかけるキャンペーンをきょうから始めたのだ。 山本議員は夕方5時、新宿アルタ前で“ 第一声 ”をあげた― 「今度の都知事選挙は安倍政権の暴走を止める選挙なんです。強固な地盤を持つ自公に勝つには投票率を上げるしかないんです」。 原発の危険性、進まない事故処理を説きながら、山本氏は都知事の権限について話した。「都知事にはやれることは山ほどある。原発だって止められる。東京都は東電の大株主なんです…」。 特定の候補の応援にならないよう、選挙妨害にならないよう、山本氏は慎重に言葉を選んだ。それでいてキワキワのところを攻めた。 「脱原発ナリスマシは、見極めて頂きたい。お前『もんじゅ推進』って言ってたじゃないか。●●大臣の時、弱者を切り捨てたじゃないか」。 (略) 山本氏は筆者のインタビューに「(脱原発陣営を)一本化できなかったことは残念だが、嘆いていてもどうにもならない。とにかく投票率を上げること」と答えた。 これから選挙戦最終日まで、山本議員は国会の合間を縫って街頭に出、「投票に行きましょう」と呼びかけてゆく。 全文は【都知事選】 山本太郎議員「脱原発」訴え、ついに参戦
