「子ども脱被ばく裁判」を福島地裁に提訴へ via FRANCE 10 日仏共同テレビ局
ふくしま集団疎開裁判の会は、「子ども脱被ばく裁判」を福島地裁に2014年8月29日、提訴するのをうけて、18日に日本外国特派員協会にて会見し、柳原敏夫・弁護士と郡山から静岡に家族で自主避難している長谷川克己さんが出席した。 目に見えない戦火の中で福島の 子どもたちは閉じ込められている 柳原弁護士は冒頭で 「今年7月に安倍政権が集団的自衛権の行使容認を認めたことにより、日本が戦争への道に進むのではないか……懸念されている。しかし、少なくとも福島は既に戦争状態にある。原発事故による放射能の被曝によって、目に見えない過酷な戦火の中に福島の子ども達は閉じ込められ、命の危機にさらされているからだ。」 と述べた。 チェルノブイリ事故後のベラルーシより 小児甲状腺癌の疑い持つ子が40倍 そして、福島県発表によると、3月21日現在、小児甲状腺癌に関して悪性または悪性の疑いを持つ子どもが89名にものぼったと指摘した上で、次のように述べた。 「チェルノブイリ事故後のベラルーシの小児甲状腺癌が11名だったのと比較すると、40倍も発症している。福島の子どもの人口がベラルーシの5分の1だからだ」と述べた上で、「福島県でも西部地区は原発により近い地区に比べ、甲状腺癌を発症している子どもが4分の1から5分の1と低い」と主張し、精密な検査をしたために甲状腺癌が多くみつかったという説が破綻していると指摘した。そして、国や福島県がとった安全対策が違法であることを司法ではっきりさせるために提訴するという。 また、「見えない戦火の中に生きる子ども達を救おうとしない日本政府の非人道的な行為は、国内だけでなく国際法上も正しい裁きを受けるべきなので、『人道に対する重大な罪』で国際司法裁判所への告発も準備している」と付け加えた。 もっと読む。
