米中ロ英仏「核戦争しない」 初の共同声明、外交追求 via 中日新聞

【ワシントン共同】米国、英国、フランス、中国、ロシアの5核保有国は3日、軍事衝突や軍拡競争を防止するために2国間、多国間の外交的取り組みを引き続き追求する意向を示す共同声明を発表した。「核戦争に勝者はおらず、決して戦ってはならないことを確認する」と表明。中国の馬朝旭外務次官は「5カ国の指導者が核兵器の問題について声明を発表するのは初めて」と意義を強調した。  共同声明は「防衛、侵略の抑止、戦争予防を目的とすべきだ」とし、「核兵器国間の戦争回避と戦略的リスクの軽減」を最も重要な責務とし、核拡散防止条約(NPT)で課された核軍縮交渉義務を守ることも強調した。
