原発作業員の請求棄却＝「危険手当搾取なし」－福島地裁支部 via Jiji.com

東京電力福島第１原発で廃炉作業に当たっていた元作業員５人が「危険手当を中間搾取された」として、東電と下請け企業２０社に総額約４５００万円の損害賠償を求めた訴訟の判決が１日、福島地裁いわき支部であり、名島享卓裁判長は請求を棄却した。　名島裁判長は、中間搾取に当たる行為はなかったと認定。東電についても「下請け企業との契約上、個々の作業員の賃金を決定する地位にはない」と述べ、監督義務違反を否定した。　原告は４０～５０代の男性で、原発事故後、壊れた建屋のがれき撤去などに従事。東電が下請け企業に少なくとも１日１万～１０万円の危険手当を払ったのに、作業員は受け取れなかったと訴えていた。　原告代理人の弁護士は「東電の社会的義務に対する裁判所の無理解」と批判。控訴を検討する意向を示した。 […]
