[ブリュッセル 30日 ロイター] – 欧州連合(EU)欧州委員会は30日、2030年までに欧州の半分を再生可能エネルギーでまかなうことなども盛り込んだ、エネルギー市場改革案を発表した。エネルギー使用量を減らし、石炭を使った火力発電への補助金は削減、国境を越えた電力の融通をより弾力的に行えるようにすることを目指す。 ただ、こうした取り組みは、電力不足を防ぐために旧来型の発電設備に対し助成している国から反発を呼びそうだ。 狙いの一つは価格の値下がりや売電規制の緩和などにより消費者の権利を守ることだ。欧州委のマロス・セフコビッチ副委員長は「現状では柔軟性が不十分で、価格シグナルが機能していない。消費者が後回しにされている」と指摘する。 […]   もっと読む。
