福島の除染作業員ら摘発者60人 「感謝」踏みにじらないで via 河北新報
(抜粋) 県警によると、60人は原発事故が起きた2011年3月から今月21日までに逮捕されたか、事情聴取を受けた。11年は1人、12年は26人と増加傾向で、ことしは半年足らずで既に33人に達する。 容疑別では傷害が24人で最も多く、窃盗が18人と続き、両容疑で全体の7割に当たる。ほかに覚せい剤取締法違反が5人、強盗傷害、詐欺、暴行、青少年保護育成条例違反、公務執行妨害が2人ずつとなっている。 60人のうち県外者は36人。除染作業員が全国から集まっている実態を犯罪面でも裏付けている。 5月9日には福島市で、徳島県から除染作業に来た39~48歳の男5人が福島市の除染会社経営男性(51)と除染をめぐってトラブルになり、暴行してけがをさせる傷害事件が起きた。 除染作業は広範囲で行われ、延べ数万人の関係者が作業に当たっている。県警の話では、作業員の流入が激しく、人材や参入企業のチェックが十分にできていない可能性がある。 摘発者の中に暴力団関係者はいないが、覚せい剤取締法違反の逮捕者も出ていて、県警は暴力団の関与を警戒している。 県警は「大部分の作業員は復興のために福島県に来て働いてくれている。犯罪は一部の人間に限られるとはいえ、除染関係者の努力と熱意を台無しにする行為で、取り締まりを強める」(組織犯罪対策課)としている。 全文は福島の除染作業員ら摘発者60人 「感謝」踏みにじらないで
