福島の住民1324人、東電幹部らを告訴 via 朝日新聞
東京電力福島第一原発の事故で、福島県の住民1324人が11日、東電幹部や国の関係者ら33人について、業務上過失致死傷などの容疑で告訴・告発状を福島地検に出した。安全対策を怠った結果、住民を被曝(ひばく)させたなどとして、刑事責任追及を求めている。地検は「今後、受理の可否を検討する」としている。 告訴・告発状は、事故当時県内に住んでいた子どもから80代までの人が集団で提出した。事故で飛散した放射性物質による被曝を傷害ととらえたほか、避難中に亡くなった人なども被害者に含めている 続きは福島の住民1324人、東電幹部らを告訴

勝手に「共犯」にするな! 大飯原発再稼働に思う。の巻 via マガジン9
ご存知の通り、16日、大飯原発の再稼働が正式に決定された。 この国に住むすべての人が当事者であるだけでなく、福島第一原発事故で明らかになったように、ひとたび事故が起きれば世界中の海に空に放射能をまき散らす「原発の再稼働」という大問題が、ものすごく少数の人たちによって、勝手に「正式」に「決定」されてしまった。 野田首相は、会見で何度も「国民の生活を守るため」と言った。 ずるい、と思う。お前らのために再稼働してやるのだ、というような、勝手に「国民」を共犯にするような言い方。だけど、その言葉の前に「そうだよなぁ、確かに自分も原発によって快適な生活を享受してたしなぁ・・・」なんて素朴に思ったお人好しもいるかもしれない。 しかし! それは相手(というか野田)の罠に完全にハマっていると思う。 なぜ、うっすらと「罪の意識」的なものを持たされないといけないのか。なぜ、「お前らのため」と筋違いな恩を着せられないといけないのか。相手の目的は ひとつ、「うるさい奴らを黙らせること」だ。そのためには、「だって、あなただってその恩恵受けてきたでしょ?」と耳元で囁くような感じでなんとなく「共 犯」ということにしてしまうのが一番手っ取り早い。 続きは 勝手に「共犯」にするな! 大飯原発再稼働に思う。の巻
