福島に暮らす人々描いた映画、打ち切りから再上映へ via 朝日新聞

過激派グループの関係者が映っていたとして上映が打ち切られたドキュメンタリー映画が、再び上映されることになった。放射能の影響に不安を抱える福島の人たちを描いた「A2―B―C」だ。監督自らが呼びかけ、9月上旬に自主上映が決まった。 放射線量計を身につけて屋外で遊ぶ幼児たち。「がんになって早く死ぬ」と苦笑いする児童たち。「『ただちに影響ない』という言葉が嫌。何カ月後、何年後はどうなるのって思う」と不安を語る母親――。 映画「A2―B―C」は、米ニューヨーク出身で東京在住のイアン・トーマス・アッシュ氏(39)が監督した。東京電力福島第一原発の事故直後から福島に通い、2012年9月から本格的に撮影を開始。福島に住む人たち数十人へのインタビューで構成し、1年かけて完成させた。 14年5月から、東京の映画配給会社を母体にした上映委員会が、東京や大阪など全国9カ所で劇場公開。その後も、全国約70カ所で市民グループが主催する自主上映会が続いていた。だが、今年3月、上映委はホームページ(HP)上で上映の打ち切りと解散を宣言。HPは削除された。 上映委は中止の理由を明らかにしていないが、関係者や監督によると、映画に出た1人の女性と、子どもの甲状腺を検査した福島県内の診療所が、過激派組織の「中核派」と関係があるという指摘が外部から寄せられたからだという。 (略) 診療所によると、診療所は中核派メンバーが中心となって設立を呼びかけ、全国の様々な団体、個人の寄付によって12年末にできたという。映画では、この診療所で医師が子どもの甲状腺検査をしている様子が1分半ほど映されている。 上映委側は「組織の宣伝に利用される恐れもある。自主上映する他の市民グループに迷惑がかかる可能性がある」として該当部分のカットを提案。だが、指摘されるまで知らなかったという監督は応じなかった。監督は「当時、国や県が信じられず、あの診療所を頼る母親が現実としていた。中核派と分かった後でカットしたら、むしろ『やらせ』になると考えた」と振り返る。 監督は他の配給会社も数社回ったが断られたため、今年8月初め、HP(http://a2-b-c.com/)を立ち上げて自主上映を募集。9月6日に埼玉県の市民団体が上映することになった。 映画に出た人たちは、再上映の決定に安堵(あんど)する。 (略) 中核派の関係者が出ていたことをめぐって配給会社と監督が折り合わず、映画はいったん打ち切られた。映画に出た福島の母親に「該当部分をカットしてでも上映を続けて欲しかったとは思わなかったか?」と尋ねると、こんな答えが返ってきた。 「事故当時、党も派も関係なく、不安で一つに集まった。それこそが、福島で起こったことだった。でも、こうして福島は忘れられていくんですね」 原発事故からもうすぐ5年。当時、福島の人々に何が起こり、どんな思いや状況で暮らしているのか。忘れるには早すぎる。(山田理恵) ◇ 《映画「A2―B―C」》 2013年制作。国内外の24カ所の映画祭に出品され、ドイツなどで入賞した。タイトルは福島県と県立医科大が11年10月から実施している子どもの甲状腺がん検査の判定レベルにちなむ。5ミリ以下の結節(しこり)などがあると「A2」、それ以上だと、2次検査が必要な「B」「C」と判定される。何も確認されなければ「A1」。 全文は福島に暮らす人々描いた映画、打ち切りから再上映へ
