全量再処理撤退に言及　原子力委の委員長代理　地中廃棄「直ちに研究を」 via 47News

国の原子力委員会の鈴木達治郎（すずき・たつじろう）委員長代理は５日の定例会議で、今後の核燃料サイクル政策について「（原発の使用済み燃料の）全量再 処理からの撤退を明確化した方がいい。（再処理して取り出したプルトニウムを使う）高速増殖炉の実用化が不確実で、積極的な合理性は見当たらない」と述べ た。原子力委員が全量再処理の撤退に言及するのは異例。 鈴木氏を座長とする小委員会は、核燃料サイクル政策の選択肢を検討してきた。鈴木氏は「委員個人の意見」として、現行の全量再処理からの撤退のほか「福島第１原発の使用済み燃料など、直接処分（地中廃棄）の研究は直ちに取り掛かる必要がある」と提言した。 小委員会の検討結果は定例会議で報告され「将来の原発依存度が不透明な場合、再処理と地中廃棄の併用が最も優れている」などの内容。鈴木氏は「再処理にも意義はあるが、現時点では併用が合理的だ」とも述べた。 続きは　全量再処理撤退に言及　原子力委の委員長代理　地中廃棄「直ちに研究を」
