自治体の原発協定2倍超に 福島事故後、重点地域拡大 via 中日新聞

原発を巡り電力会社と「安全協定」や「覚書」などを結ぶ自治体が、東京電力福島第1原発事故前に比べ大幅に増えていることが17日、電力各社や自治体への取材で分かった。廃炉となった福島第1、第2原発を除く原発30キロ圏の自治体で、事故前の13道府県44市町村から18道府県108市町村と2倍超になった。 

福島の事故前、国は防災対策の重点地域を原発の10キロ圏としていたが、放射性物質がより広範囲に拡散し、住民が避難を強いられたことから30キロ圏に拡大。
