Takahashi: Uncanny Terrain　高橋さん：西白河西郷村　(subtitled)

山沿いの気に囲まれた道を奥へ入って行くと、開けた土地に出る。そこで、茶色に日焼けした大農家高橋さんが、まだ田植えをしていない田んぼを両脇に汗を流して立っている。西白河郡西郷村、作付け禁止で今年は田植えをしても食べてもらえない。それに嘆く高橋さん。自分の土地がどれだけ汚染されているかも知らされず、ただ作付け禁止と言い渡される。 農協からは１０年待たないといけないかもしれないという通告を受ける。そんな待てないしと怒る，高橋さん。 研修生もいる経験の長い農家の高橋さん「研修生になんつっていいか」と悩む。 For more on these filmmakers’ project of documenting farmers in Fukushima today, see uncanny terrain They are seeking support to continue their project.
