Chatzopoulou gave two talks in March

Aikaterini Chatzopoulou presented “Renewal and inertia in the history of Greek negation” at Deutschen Gesellschaft für Sprachwissenschaft (DGfS 2012) on March 8th and “Jespersen’s Cycle Redefined” at the Penn Linguistics Colloquium on March 24.

WSCLA 17 Program

The Workshop on Structure and Constituency in the Languages of the Americas (WSCLA) will take place at the University of Chicago on March 9-11 in Ida Noyes Hall. In addition to the general session, there will be a special themed session focus on information structure as well as a round table discussion with the invited speakers on the role of youths in language revitalization efforts. Due to generous financial support from various funding sources, there is no registration for this conference. Everyone is invited!
