Marjorie McLellan

I am an associate professor of Urban Affairs and Geography at Wright State University. I teach Urban Studies, Women's Studies, Community Development, Oral History, Public History and Digital Humanities. I worked for the Wisconsin Historical Society long ago and I directed the public history program at WSU for seven years. My work connects the university with the region through projects with the public schools, historical societies, traditional arts presenters, public television, and museums. I wrote Six Generations Here . . . A Wisconsin Farm Family Remembers and Hunting For Everyday History: a Field Guide for Teachers. I serve on the board of Ohio Humanities Council and the Council of the Oral History Association. I am currently working on a team developing a university digital commons at WSU and thus looking at how universities are using Drupal and WordPress.
