From the University of Chicago Magazine:
When Chicago non-profit Threewalls needed a bookstore/reading area, they turned to an expert at turning trash into art. John Preus, MFA’05, is a co-founder of Material Exchange, an artist collective that takes recycled material as its medium. Apply the same principle to refurbishing a room, and you get the beautiful scene pictured here. For more information, visit the University of Chicago Magazine.
