一个富人掉进了湖里,连喊“救命!”正在附近钓鱼的一个渔夫跳进湖里,把他救了上来。富人拿出一个铜子儿递给渔夫,说:“谢谢你救了我的命。”渔夫根本没要钱就走了。周围的人看见了,都很生气,说:“真不像话,才给一个铜子儿。”阿凡提听了哈哈大笑,说:“富人最了解自己的命值多少钱。他付给渔夫一个铜子儿,这就是说,他的命只值一个铜子儿。”
