Assistant Director Center for Slavic and East European Studies, OSU

The assistant director supports the Office of International Affairs and the Center for Slavic and East European Studies by: 1) collaborating with the director in the development, management, and evaluation of programs and events; 2) administering and coordinating academic programs; 3) seeking funding and developing fundraising activities; 3) collaborating with and assisting the director on the preparation, evaluation, and compliance management of grants; 4) overseeing and managing outreach programs, and 5) collaborating on new initiatives. Administrative duties include: managing the Center for Slavic and East European Studies, managing fiscal transactions and authorizing payments, assisting with the development and management of budgets, and managing the Center personnel in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
