Energy secretary Rick Perry inspected the site Sunday, offering America’s continued support to help cleanup efforts and the decommissioning of facilities.
He later met with his Japanese counterpart, lending the expertise of U.S. companies with the history and technology needed to decommission the nuclear plant.
