報告書
平成24年7月5日、国会事故調は、これまでの約半年間の調査活動の結果である報告書を、両院議長に提出した。本ページには、報告書本編のほか、住民・従業員へのアンケート調査結果を含む参考資料、第1回から第20回までの会議録、ダイジェスト版を掲載する。このほか、英語版ページでは、Executive Summary を公開している。
