Comments: The Marcia Brady Tucker Curatorial Fellowship is designed to provide curatorial experience for an emerging scholar of American decorative arts who is considering the museum profession. The Fellow will be fully integrated into the department of American Decorative Arts working under the direction of the curator and assistant curator to assist with the daily function of the department, planning of the reinstallation of the permanent collection into newly renovated gallery space, research and writing projects related to the Rhode Island Furniture exhibition and related publication, and interacting with the public, visiting scholars, and students to answer scholarly inquiries and promote the collection.
