Chicago Assyrian Dictionary Receives Worldwide Attention

UPDATE: The completion of the 21-volume Chicago Assyrian Dictionary, a project begun by the Oriental Institute’s founder James Henry Breasted 90 years ago, has received worldwide attention and continues to generate interest in the news.  Editor-in-charge Martha Roth, the Dean of the Division of the Humanities, has been interviewed by the BBC, The Guardian, CNN and a host of other publications.
