Congressman Mark Kirk to Discuss His Plans to Build Consensus in Washington Regarding Foreign Policy Issues
Congressman Mark Kirk will present his vision for using the lessons of history to build a bipartisan and transatlantic consensus on how to address today’s threats and challenges in Europe and the Middle East.
U.S. Representative Mark Kirk represents the 10th Congressional District of Illinois, located in the northern Chicago suburbs. Now in his fifth term, Congressman Kirk is a member of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on State-Foreign Operations and co-chairs the bipartisan Iran Working Group, the Congressional Caucus on Armenian Issues, the Albanian Issues Caucus, and the U.S.-China Working Group.
