Screening: “Tsar to Lenin”

This Saturday, a screening of “Tsar to Lenin”, the most complete cinematic account of the Russian Revolution of 1917, will be accompanied by a lecture from David North, “The Historical Significance and Enduring Political Relevance of the 1917 Russian Revolution” at Powells Bookstore in Chicago.
David North is the chairman of the editorial board of the World Socialist Web Site, and a principal leader in the Trotskyist movement. His efforts to clarify the historical record of the life and work of Leon Trotsky, in his book In Defense of LeonTrotsky, were recently recognized in Bertrand M.
