Arizona State University is pleased to announce a new funding opportunity for undergraduates studying Tatar, Armenian, Uzbek, Tajik, or advanced levels of Russian.
The “Melikian Scholars” program offers full tuition waivers and academic fee waivers for undergraduates attending 8-week classes at the Arizona State University Critical Languages Institute, and awards of up to $3,000 for undergraduates participating in the Institute’s study-abroad programs. The Critical Languages Institute offers instruction in Albanian, Armenian, BCS, Hebrew, Macedonian, Persian (Tajik, Farsi), Polish, Russian, Tatar, Uzbek, and Yiddish.
Most courses are offered as 8-week sessions in Arizona with an optional 3-week session abroad.
