深刻な学生離れ 原子力業界が就職説明会 via NHK News Web

(抜粋) 東京・江東区で開かれた説明会には、電力会社や原子炉メーカーなど22の企業と団体が参加して、来年春に卒業予定の大学3年生や大学院生などが集まりました。 説明会は毎年度、東京と大阪で開かれていて、主催者によりますと、今年度の参加者は12日の東京と先月の大阪を合わせて420人と、原発事故前のおよそ5分の1に当たる388人にとどまった昨年度よりやや増えたものの、依然として学生離れは深刻な状態だということです。 こうしたなか、各地の大学に出向いて説明会を開くなど、人材の確保に一層力を入れている企業もあるということです。 説明会に参加した放射線機器を販売している商社の採用担当者は「原子力を学ぶ学生自体が減っているなかで、人材の確保は厳しいが、業務を続けていくために一定の数の人材を確実に確保していきたい」と話していました。 全文は深刻な学生離れ 原子力業界が就職説明会 関連記事:Texas Nuclear Power Plants Seek New Workforce via The Texas Tribune
