福島第1原発:タンク群の雨水放出 濃度確認し via 毎日新聞

 東京電力福島第1原発で高濃度の放射能汚染水が保管されている七つのタンクエリアで、放射性物 質を外部に出さないために設置したせきの水位が大雨によって上昇し、あふれる恐れがあるとして、東電は16日、排水を行ったと発表した。東電はセシウム濃 度を測らず排水しており、汚染水への懸念が高まる中、さらなる批判を招く可能性もある。 東電は今回の対応について、急激な水位上昇を受けた「緊急措置」と説明している。ただ、台風18号による大雨は事前に予想されていたのに、タンクエリアにおける放射性物質を含む水の排出基準も定めていなかった。 東電によると、今回排水したエリアでは、これまで高い線量は確認されていない。エリア内にたまっていた水を調べたところ、ストロンチウムなどのベータ線を出す放射性物質濃度は最も高いところでも1リットル当たり24ベクレルだったという。 東電はこの結果を基に、エリア内での汚染水漏れはないと判断。ガンマ線を出すセシウムの濃度も十分低いと予想できるとして、測定せずに排水した。 続きはセシウム濃度測らず排水=7タンクエリアの滞留水-福島第1「緊急措置」・東電

井戸水のトリチウム、17万ベクレルに上昇 福島第一 via 朝日新聞
