		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for posting the articles, I hope also to read more about the IAEA.  In Japan right now, the IAEA is letting NISA &amp; friends get away with the same backdoor collusion to fabricate stress tests according to pre-3/11 data.  

It just seems shameful that neither America nor the world has a nuclear regulatory agency that can looked to for reliable safety examinations.
