They need nuclear plants to support their economic infrastructure. But we can not understand the reason why they operate nuclear weapon plants.There is no relation between the reason they need nuclear energy and the reason they have nuclear weapon.They must stop investing fair amont of money on nuclear weapons and concentrate investing the money on safety technology of nuclear power plants.
