　内閣官房参与の小佐古敏荘（こさこ・としそう）・東京大教授（６１）＝放射線安全学＝は２９日、菅直人首相あての辞表を首相官邸に出した。小佐古氏は国会内で記者会見し、東京電力福島第１原発事故の政府対応を「場当たり的」と批判。特に小中学校の屋外活動を制限する限界放射線量を年間２０ミリシーベルトを基準に決めたことに「容認すれば私の学者生命は終わり。自分の子どもをそういう目に遭わせたくない」と異論を唱えた。同氏は東日本大震災発生後の３月１６日に任命された。 続きは『福島第１原発：内閣官房参与、抗議の辞任』から。

　ＪＡグループ栃木は２７日、原発事故により県産農産物が大きな被害を受けたとして、東京電力に約１２億円の損害賠償を請求すると発表した。２８日にＪＡ栃木中央会の高橋一夫会長が東電本社（東京都千代田区）を訪れ、清水正孝社長に請求書を手渡す。５月下旬にも２回目の請求を行うとしている。 　ＪＡグループ栃木は今月１５日、東電への請求や交渉を行うための「東京電力原発事故農畜産物損害賠償対策県協議会」（高橋会長）を立ち上げた。３月分の被害額について、県内１０カ所のＪＡと県開拓農業協同組合が過去２年の同月の市況を参考にして被害額を算定した。出荷制限されて廃棄されたホウレンソウ、かき菜、春菊が約２億７千万円、風評被害を受けて価格が下落したイチゴやトマトなど１１品目が約９億３千万円と報告された。 　ＪＡによると、今回の請求額は組合員約２７００人から損害賠償請求の事務を委任された分のみ。ＪＡを通さない直売所への出荷分などについても今後、把握を急ぎ、３月の把握漏れ分と４月分を加えて２回目の請求をするという。 　高橋会長は「農家の生産意欲に影響が出る事態だ。早期に沈静化し、被害に対しては迅速に対応してほしい。４月分もかなり大きな数字になると思う」と話した。 続きは『ＪＡ、１２億円賠償請求　２８日、東電へ提出』から。
