東京電力は9日、東日本大震災による津波で、福島第一原子力発電所1~4号機の原子炉やタービン建屋などの主要設備があるエリアのほぼ全域が、4~5メートルの深さまで浸水していたことが分かったと発表した。
津波の海面からの高さは最大14~15メートルだった。
