『福島第一原発、基準6倍のヨウ素検出 核燃料の損傷確実』 via asahi.com

 東京電力福島第一原発で、基準濃度の6倍のヨウ素131が検出された。セシウムも見つかった。東京電力が21日発表した。いずれも核分裂によってできる代表的な物質で、原子炉や使用済み燃料プール内の核燃料が損傷していることが確実になった。  東電が、1号機の北西約200メートルの空気中から採取した物質を19日、事故後初めて調べた。  その結果、ヨウ素131の濃度は1ccあたり5.9ミリベクレルだった。1年吸い続けると、300ミリシーベルト被曝(ひばく)する濃度だ。作業員は、体内に入らないようにマスクをして作業している。このほか見つかったのはヨウ素132が2.2ミリベクレル、133が0.04ミリベクレル、セシウム134と137がいずれも0.02ミリベクレルだった。  分析装置のある福島第2原発に持ち込む必要があり、時間がかかっていた。 『福島第一原発、基準6倍のヨウ素検出 核燃料の損傷確実』

『大江さん、日本は再び核の犠牲に 仏紙と会見』 via 47ニュース

 【パリ共同】ノーベル賞作家の大江健三郎さんは17日付フランス紙ルモンドのインタビュー記事で、東日本大震災に伴う福島第1原発の事故に触れ「日本の歴史は新たな局面に入った。再び(核の)犠牲者とのまなざしを浴びるということだ」との考えを示した。  大江さんは記事で、第2次大戦中の広島と長崎への原爆投下に言及し「核の炎を経験した日本人は、核エネルギーを産業効率の観点で考えるべきではない。つまり成長の手段として追求すべきではないのだ」と表明。  「地震や津波など今回の自然災害に際して、広島の経験を記憶に刻み付ける必要がある」とした上で「原発がいかに無分別なものかを証明した今回の過ちを繰り返すことは、広島の犠牲者の記憶に対する最悪の裏切りだ」として原発依存を強めている日本のエネルギー政策に対して強烈な異議を申し立てた。 『大江さん、日本は再び核の犠牲に 仏紙と会見』

『福島県飯舘村で水道水の飲用控えるよう要請 「他に水がなければ飲んでも差し支えない」』 via MSN産経ニュース

 厚生労働省は21日、福島県飯舘村の水道水から1キロ当たり965ベクレルの放射性ヨウ素が検出されたと発表した。原子力安全委員会が定めた摂取制限基準の3倍超にあたる。  厚労省は同日、水道水を飲むことを控えるよう、同村に要請した。一方で、「手洗い、入浴などの生活用水としては利用可能。他に水がない場合は飲んでも差し支えない」と冷静な対応を呼びかけている。 『福島県飯舘村で水道水の飲用控えるよう要請 「他に水がなければ飲んでも差し支えない」』
